VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Harvest From September 14th to October 18th 2013, depending on the grape variety.
Production 6,000 kg of grapes per hectare.
12-15 days at 24°C (75° F), in stainless steel vats. Maceration was 7-14 days long.
Refining 1/3 of the wine was refined in French oak for 12 months, 2/3 in stainless steel vats. After an intense blending session, the wine was refined in bottle for 6 months before release.
