“Limited Edition” UNFILTERED Flaminio Oil
The first oil of the season, obtained naturally by cold extraction, from olives collected by hand during October and milled within 12 hours. It is left unfiltered in order to bring out to the maximum its characteristic taste and aroma and to keep intact all its natural richness. The selection is limited in quantity to just 5000 bottles, due to the very low yield, a characteristic dictated by early harvesting and time: unfiltered oil is a winter oil - the olive fragments, which enrich its aroma and taste, may however over time alter the taste of the oil.
