This ruby-red wine has deep aromas that recall soft fruit and its structure is very strong and full-bodied.
It shows harmonious and aromatic tastes and lightly tannic and dry at the end.
Ideal with roasted and grilled meats, game or venison meat, seasoned cheeses and salumi cold pork meat.

Output per hectare 50-60 q.
Vinification: Maceration on the grapes’ skins for 25 days at controlled and even temperature, 25°C. with various daily wine-pressing especially in first days
Aging: 20 months in French oak tonneaux and at least 4 months in bottle
Serving temperature 18°-20° C
