The modern form of the espalier breeding is applied to cultivate traditional varieties such as yellow Muscat and white Pinot and modern red Zweigelt joins the tradition of the production of white wines in the Isarco Valley. Realizing this union, The Bessererhof Estate, on an altitude of 380m, has been practicing natural viticulture for years to support nature in growing and thriving and to use chemicals as little as possible. The slopes require hours of hard work by the Mair family and also a great love for grapes.
