Fornacelle

Founded at the end of the nineteenth century, our name, Fornacelle, celebrates the ancient kilns that once dotted the landscape and whose traces are still visible beneath our company cellar.

Our family-run business, spanning four generations, covers an area of 15 hectares and carries with it a history rich in tradition and passion for the land. The founders, Osvaldo Billi, his daughter Marisa, and son-in-law Vincenzino Billi, embarked on this extraordinary entrepreneurial adventure, founded not only on the production of wine and extra virgin olive oil but also on the excellence of horticultural productions.

In 1996, Stefano Billi took the reins of the company, bringing with him a new vision and renewed commitment to oenological excellence. He introduced new vineyards and carefully selected grape varieties and clones based on the unique characteristics of the different terrains on our estate. Today, together with his wife Silvia, we continue to cultivate this tradition, dedicating ourselves to the production of high-quality wines that reflect the unique character of our territory.

In addition to our vineyard, our estate also houses an olive grove of approximately 1000 square meters, thus completing our production picture and offering a diversified range of high-quality products. We are proud of our heritage and our dedication to the production of excellent wines and oils, and we are delighted to share our passion with you.
