A blend of Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Grechetto, and Sauvignon Blanc, cultivated with care in the spur-pruned cordon and casarsa training system on unique soils characterized by the presence of turbidites, coarse or fine deep-sea sediments such as gravel, sand, and clay. Situated at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level, the vineyard provides an ideal environment for grape maturation.
Harvested from mid-August, capturing the freshness and intensity of the grapes, fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks preserves the wine’s vibrancy and balance of flavors. Aging in bottle for 6 months imparts extraordinary complexity and harmony to the wine.

Our cellar, modern and functional, was completely renovated in 1997 and today presents inside: A vinification and storage department where there are stainless steel tanks for fermentation and storage of wines, equipped with devices for temperature regulation and automation of the pumping-over of red wines during fermentation.
