Di Filippo is the most authentic expression of its territory, born from **100% Sagrantino grapes** cultivated on hilly, clay-limestone soils. Using the cordon-spurred and Guyot training systems, each vineyard is tended with passion and care, yielding a limited but high-quality harvest of 4000 to 5000 kg per hectare. Our cellar, modern and functional, was completely renovated in 1997 and today presents inside: A vinification and storage department where there are stainless steel tanks for fermentation and storage of wines, equipped with devices for temperature regulation and automation of the pumping-over of red wines during fermentation.
