Vinification: White vinification, gentle pressing, and fermentation in purity at controlled temperature. Foaming and natural fermentation in autoclave for about 50 days at 12 – 13°C.
Alcohol: 11.5%
Residual Sugar: 26 g/l

Aroma: Fruity, aromatic, and enveloping; notes of ripe white peach and pear accompanied by distinct nuances of jasmine.

Aftertaste: Persistent and highly pleasant with echoes of mature fruity notes.
