Enoteca Lombardi shipments to Italy are free for amounts over € 99.00. Enoteca Lombardi will ship with a standard insurance method, a secure box. All orders received by Enoteca Lombardi will be sent as soon as possible and in any case within 10 working days, if for any reason delivery times are longer than expected Enoteca Lombardi will notify the buyer by e-mail. Purchased goods will be shipped using the method (standard or express) selected by the buyer at the address indicated in the order. The domicile of delivery may also not coincide with that of the buyer, in which case Enoteca Lombardi is relieved of all responsibility for deliveries to addresses other than those of the purchaser or in any case by those suggested. In this sense Enoteca Lombardi is exempted from any violations of the law D.Lgs. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions c.d. privacy law, as the information was provided directly by the purchaser. Delivery times are dependent on the type of carrier and service selected by the buyer and in accordance with the delivery schedules set by the carrier from the moment the goods are picked up by the latter. Enoteca Lombardi in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 the maximum term for the execution of the order is thirty days (30) at the end of which the buyer will be entitled to reimbursement of the sums eventually paid. The cost of shipping is not included in the price of goods or services and is specified at the bottom of the order confirmation.The cost of shipping does not include any inventory and redelivery costs, the courier before opening a deposit will make three delivery attempts, leaving a notice and the phone number to contact.
The goods can be collected by the buyer at the courier, subject to agreement with the courier.
Should the goods fail to be collected and be returned to Enoteca Lombardi’s domicile, the purchaser will be reimbursed of the purchase amount minus the storage and delivery costs for both the outward and return journey.
