Champagne Brut Nature Drappier
Our Champagne Brut Nature is a creation that epitomizes absolute purity. The winemaking process exclusively utilizes first-press wines obtained through gentle mechanical presses with light pressure, avoiding pumping and favoring gravity-based racking to preserve quality and prevent oxidation.
Thanks to minimal sulfur usage and natural decantation, this champagne stands out for its purity. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures lasts approximately two weeks and is entirely natural, with no filtration. After aging for 3 years in the bottle, the disgorgement date is indicated on each label.
Our Champagne Brut Nature presents itself with a brilliantly slightly coppery color and offers notes of wild berries and vineyard peaches on the nose, with an intense and fresh aroma. In the mouth, fruity notes of quince, black currant, and a touch of honeyed bread emerge. The taste is candid, clean, refined, and fresh.
Ideal as an aperitif and perfect with dishes like shrimp and grapefruit salad, scallop carpaccio, and Bresse chicken stuffed with cream. Serve at 7°C to enhance its elegance.
