Winemaking: After a soft pressing, the must undergoes cold static clarification and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, preserving the aromatic characteristics of the variety.
Aging: Montefalco Grechetto matures in tanks with a long period on the lees, adding complexity and structure to the wine.
Tasting Notes: It displays a deep straw yellow color. On the nose, it offers an elegant and fresh bouquet with fruity and floral notes of citrus, peach, almond, and hawthorn. On the palate, it reveals good structure and pleasant freshness.
