The result of a careful selection of grapes Glera, from areas of Treviso.

Variety: 100% Glera.
Vinification and aging: The grapes are gently pressed and the juice produced is readily protected from the air and cooled to allow for settling.
Then begins the fermentation in autoclave at controlled temperature using selected yeasts in the territory.
A second fermentation took place, the product is clarified and cold stabilized.
Color: Light straw yellow, fine perlage and lively mousse.
Bouquet: Pronunciation of candied fruit.
Taste: Clean, aromatic but polite thanks to a natural residual sugar.
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Serving temperature: 6 ° -8 ° C.
Food pairing: Ideal with fish dishes, fresh fruit and baked pastries.
