Vigna d’Alfiero is made from Sangiovese grapes from one of our most treasured vineyards, planted at the end of the 1960’s by Alfiero Carpini, historical cellarman and master winemaker at Tenuta Valdipiatta. Produced only in the best years, this wine combines the richness, elegance and fineness of Sangiovese with the decisive character imparted by the winery’s terroir.
