Grape variety: Sangiovese 90%, Merlot 10%. Yield per hectare: 60 hL per hectare / 2.2 kg per plant.

Harvest: grapes are handpicked in the third week of September.

Vinification: fermentation in contact with the skins for 8 days at 25°C. Malolactic fermentation takes place.

Ageing: stainless steel vats for 5 months, bottle ageing for at least 3 months. 

Tasting notes: brilliant ruby red in colour with purplish hues, with an array of fruit and flowers on the nose and marked notes of cherries and red berries. Lively and balanced in the mouth with a pleasant and fresh finish.
