THE ORIGIN: it comes from our best Crus that give us the true traditional Barolo: CANNUBI, LISTE and FOSSATI, three single vineyards located in the district of Barolo.
Characteristics: this wine is a clear garnet red of medium intensity, marked by brick-colored highlights. It has a heady and particularly intense bouquet with the scent of ripe fruit. It is dry, full and robust in taste, yet velvety and well balanced. This is indubitably a wine for winter specialties and is particularly suited for the cuisine of areas with a colder climate that require a high-calorie diet.
Aging: it ages at least four years in large oak barrels, which enhance the balance between elegance and power of the classic Barolo from Barolo.
Food Match: roasts, stews, game, fondue, hard aged cheese. It should be served at 18-20°C and should be uncorked or poured into a carafe at least two hours before serving.
