SOIL: Sedimentary origin.

Exposure East, South-East.

Hill altitude 260 meters above sea level.

GRAPE VERIETIES: 70% Sangiovese, 15% Sagrantino, 15% Merlot and Cabernet.

YIELD: 80 quintals of grapes per hectare.

Kg. 1,5-2 per plant

HARVEST: Beginning of October.

WINE-MAKING: Fermentation on skins for 10 days.

Alcoholic and malolatic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

AGEIN: In barrels and barriques for 12 months and in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.

BOTTLE-AGEING: In bottle for 6 months.

RELEASE: 22-24 months after harvest.
