HARVEST / VINIFICATION / AGEING: Manual with choice in the field and table grapes. After destemming and soft crushing the grapes

casks of old French Oak (Allier) which persists for ten to twelve months. Following a period of natural settling steel. Aging in bottle for at
least eight months before release.
WINE: ruby red color with purple shiny reflections. The nose offers complex emerge in succession notes of black pepper, spice, balsamic
tones, rosemary and boxwood, delicate white flowers, cherry jam. The excellent persistence warm palate, lovely, delicate tannins, good
acidity wine. Long and balanced final.
