Species of vine

Composed mainly Sangiovese with a little Merlot and a nice helping of Sagrantino

Altitude: Vineyards planted at 250-300m above sea level

Output per hectare 100-110 q.

Vinification: Maceration on the grapes’ skins for 25-30 days at controlled and even temperature

Aging: 10% for 6 months in French oak barrels and 90% in stainless (INOX) tanks
