DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN
SOIL: Sedimentaryand clayey origin.
Exposure East, South-East.
Hill altitude 220 meters above sea level.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Trebbiano Spoletino.
YIELD: 80 quintals of grapes per hectare.
45 hectoliters of wine per hectare.
WINE-MAKING: Soft pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation at constant temperature (18°C) for 20 days in stainless steel tanks.
BOTTLE-AGEING: In bottle for 3 months.
RELEASE: 6-8 months after harvest.
