Vintages:

Exposure: South, south east

Altitude: 280 m. above sea level

Growing system:   Pergola Abruzzese (bower an ancient system from Italy especially found in Abruzzo)

Density for hectare: 1800 for Pergola Abruzzese

Yield for hectare: 8,5 tons

Harvest: First week of   October

System of winemaking:  High temperature controlled on the pressed system, than follow a fermentation temperature controlled in the French oak  Tonneau on the lees “sur lies”.

Ageing beginning:  24 months stainless stell tanks

Ageing:  15 months in French oak Tonneau “sur lies”

Conclusive Ageing:  6  months glass bottle.

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS

Colour:  Intense straw-yellow with brilliant gold nuances.

Nose:  Warm, mouth filling, soft and with a long lingering finishing.
