Passito Bianco Umbria Bianco Passito Colle di Rocco
Description:
Passito Bianco Colle di Rocco is a precious wine crafted from ancient vineyards of white grape varieties such as Trebbiano, Malvasia from Lazio and Tuscany, and Grechetto. Handpicked grapes are left to dry on racks for three months before pressing. The must ferments at a constant temperature (15°C) and matures for 12 months in stainless steel barrels, preserving its fruity aromas and primary flavors. The result is a passito wine rich in aromas and flavors, ranging from syrupy peach to candied apricot and fig, with subtle honey notes.
