Von Blumen

A sort of elevated plateau and terraced that extends between 500 and 1000 meters of altitude with a slope of 25%, and exposure to the West.
Von Blumen, has a soil of calcareous-porphyry origin, optimal to transfer to the grapes unique and inimitable territorial characteristics, in which the minerality is combined with a natural flavor, giving an agile and refreshing taste balance. The management of the vineyards is particularly rigorous and attentive to the peculiarities of the different types of vines present. Protecting the soil and the surrounding environment are fundamental for the quality of the raw material and the protection of the vineyards and its extraordinary fruits over time.
