Shipping and delivery of the products
- Enoteca Lombardi delivers wine selections (“Enoteca Lombardi Selections”), bottles of wine, and other wine-related products sold on its website enotecalombardi.com exclusively to its end users who are “consumers” and at least 18 (eighteen) years old, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Enoteca Lombardi uses patented packaging that, due to its special features, ensures the integrity of the products being transported. Enoteca Lombardi delivers the ordered products to the address you provided during the purchase process on our website enotecalombardi.com, through national and international couriers, who assume full responsibility for delivery from the moment the products are picked up at our company until they are delivered to the address you specified. Enoteca Lombardi does not assume any responsibility for damages or actions caused by the couriers.
- Deliveries are made only to the countries listed on the enotecalombardi.com website. Periodically, Enoteca Lombardi updates the list of countries, so we recommend that you check the availability of delivery before proceeding with the completion of your order.

If the shipment consists of multiple packages and not all are damaged, please refuse the damaged package by signing the courier’s delivery note “With Reservation.” Enoteca Lombardi will handle the return of the damaged package and its replacement.
If the product to be replaced is out of stock, we will contact you directly for a possible replacement or refund of the remaining value.
Any shipping costs for the return of the damaged package and the delivery of the new one will be covered by Enoteca Lombardi. - Delivery typically occurs on weekdays, within a period of some working days from the date the order is placed on our website enotecalombardi.com (Shipments to outside Italy may delay some days, please refeer always to the tracking code provided) , with payment made via Credit Card, PayPal, or Prepaid Card.

Right of Withdrawal Information
- Under the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05 (“Consumer Code”), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of the products, without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the goods, by providing written notice to Enoteca Lombardi, following the return management procedure provided by Enoteca Lombardi. It is not possible to exchange a single bottle of wine, a selection, or a product for another without additional costs. - In the communication, you must indicate the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, the order number and date of the order, the invoice number, and your bank details (IBAN code). Once the communication has been made, you will be asked to wait for feedback from our Customer Service Department authorizing the return. You may then return the returned goods by handing them over to the courier for shipment within 14 (fourteen) calendar days commencing from the sending of the notice of withdrawal, provided that they are intact, in the agreed manner and within the agreed terms, unless you waive your right to return said products.
- The only expenses you will have to bear are those of returning the purchased products, in accordance with Article 67, paragraph3 of the Consumer Code. 4. The Right of Withdrawal, in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described in paragraphs 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 above, shall be deemed to be properly exercised if the following Conditions of the Right of Withdrawal are fully complied with:
- purchased products must be substantially intact;
- products must be returned in their original packaging (in the case of Wine Selections, you must return all the bottles that make it up);
- returned products must be sent to Enoteca Lombardi in a single shipment. Enoteca Lombardi reserves the right not to accept bottles or products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
- the cost of returning the goods will be your responsibility, including liability in case of loss or damage of the products.
- products arrived in the warehouse will be examined for damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal) – We recommend the utmost care in preparing the package;
- products must not have been used or damaged;
- The right of withdrawal is reserved only for individuals, already previously defined as “consumers” in section 1.2, therefore any purchases made by resellers or parties who in any capacity purchase for resale remain excluded;
- the return form must be correctly filled in and sent to Enoteca Lombardi within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of the products.
- If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the modalities and terms indicated in this paragraph 7, Enoteca Lombardi will reimburse the eventual sums already collected for products purchased directly from the enotecalombardi.com website, which will be reimbursed to you in the shortest time possible and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date in which Enoteca Lombardi became aware of the exercise of your Right of Withdrawal. The reimbursement may be suspended until Enoteca Lombardi receives the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he/she has returned them, whichever is earlier. The refund procedure will be activated once it has been verified that the above terms and conditions, as set forth in paragraph 8 above, have been properly executed.
- If the terms and procedures for the exercise of the right of withdrawal have not been respected, You will not be entitled to the reimbursement of the amounts already paid to Enoteca Lombardi or to the issuance of the credit requested. However, it will always be possible to re-obtain, at Your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to Enoteca Lombardi. Otherwise, Enoteca Lombardi may retain the products, in addition to the amounts already paid for their purchase.
Time and method of reimbursement
- Once the return of the products has been carried out, Enoteca Lombardi provides for the necessary verifications regarding the conformity of the same, under the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 7. In the case in which the verifications are positively concluded, Enoteca Lombardi provides to send you, via email, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the products thus returned.
- Whatever the payment method used by her, the refund is activated by Enoteca Lombardi in the shortest time possible and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date in which Enoteca Lombardi became aware of the exercise of her right of withdrawal, after verification of the correct execution of the right of withdrawal itself and acceptance of the returned products. Refunds will be made on the same means of payment used at purchase.
- In the event that there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by Enoteca Lombardi, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
Warranty
The consumer user has the right to a warranty on the conformity of the products and services purchased. The warranty has a duration of 24 (twenty-four) months from the delivery of the goods and the conformity defect must be communicated to Enoteca Lombardi within 2 months from its discovery. In order to exercise the right of warranty, you must send an e-mail to Enoteca Lombardi obligatorily indicating the order number and an accurate description of the defect (it is advisable to also attach photographic material). All elements are essential and will be verified by Enoteca Lombardi before giving an answer. If the product’s lack of conformity is ascertained, You have the right to obtain, upon return to Enoteca Lombardi of the defective product, its repair (except in the case of oenological products) or replacement. You also have the right to request from the Owner an appropriate reduction of the price or the termination of the contract if (i) the repair and replacement prove impossible or excessively burdensome, (ii) Enoteca Lombardi has not repaired or replaced the item within a reasonable period of time, or (iii) the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused You significant inconvenience.
