Methius is a cuvée of 60 percent Chardonnay and 40 percent Pinot Noir, with white vinification and a special barrel fermentation for part of the Chardonnay.
Suggested pairings: perfect for hors d’oeuvres and fish dishes, but also lends itself beautifully to be enjoyed throughout the entire meal
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
