Vintage: 2022 – Size: 0.75 l – Alcohol content: 12% vol.Futura is a sparkling wine vinified by the ancestral method, it has a pale straw color. Hints of white fruits and yeast, it is fresh with clear citrus scents, deep and creamy with fine and persistent perlage.
Suggested pairings: Appetizers, first courses and fish and white meat preparations.
Serving Temperature: 8-10°C.

Futura Spumante Brut Madrevite is a lively and genuine sparkling wine produced using the Ancestral Method. This sparkling wine represents a modern and innovative interpretation of indigenous white grape varieties, including Trebbiano Spoletino and Grechetto, from the Umbrian estate Madrevite. Inspiration:
Futura Spumante Brut Madrevite is inspired by futurism, a cultural and artistic movement born in Italy in the early years of the last century. This label reflects the innovation and break with the past characteristic of futurism, embodying a highly innovative and distinctive style.
Processing:
Futura Spumante Brut Madrevite Sparkling Wine is made from only sustainably grown white grapes, harvested manually. After a soft pressing of the clusters, the must ferments spontaneously thanks to indigenous yeasts. The refermentation occurs in the bottle according to the Ancestral Method, which gives the wine a natural sparkle without the addition of sugars. After at least 6 months of aging on the lees, the sparkling wine is ready to be enjoyed.
Sensory Characteristics:
Futura Spumante Brut Madrevite Ancestral Method presents itself with a delicate straw yellow color and persistent bubbles. Its aromatic bouquet offers notes of apple, pear, and jasmine, enriched by subtle hints of yeast and must. On the palate, it is fresh, vertical, creamy, and fine, with a lively and fragrant finish that invites new tastings.

Our cellar, modern and functional, was completely renovated in 1997 and today presents inside: A vinification and storage department where there are stainless steel tanks for fermentation and storage of wines, equipped with devices for temperature regulation and automation of the pumping-over of red wines during fermentation.
