Production Process
The harvest, which begins in early September, is a crucial moment where each berry is carefully and lovingly handpicked. The grapes, from Casa di Bianca, are gently pressed, and the resulting must undergoes careful processing through the Martinotti method in autoclaves, where it rests on its lees for at least six months. This artisanal process confers superior quality and a unique personality to the wine.
