The Prosecco Superiore Brut Integral Merotto Millesimato is an excellence originating from the old vineyards of Col San Martino, a renowned production area for its winemaking tradition. This refined sparkling wine is exclusively produced with Glera grapes, subjected to meticulous vinification to ensure superior quality.
Technical Characteristics:
Production Area: Old vineyards of Col San Martino.
Grapes: 100% Glera.
Vinification: Skin maceration, gentle pressing, and fermentation in purity at controlled temperature. The foaming and natural fermentation in autoclave last about 60 days at 12°C. Subsequently, the wine rests on its lees for an additional 120 days approximately.
Alcohol: 11.5%
Residual Sugar: 2.7 g/l

Appearance: Straw yellow color with crystalline reflections; brilliant, fine-grained foam; fine and persistent perlage.

The winery Kossler is situated in the picturesque medieval wine village of St. Pauls, that is the heart of one of South Tyrol’s most beautiful wine-growing areas.
Its impressive church, known as the “cathedral in the country”, dominates St. Pauls and can be seen for miles, while the narrow streets and wine cellars are well worth seeing and visiting.
The cellar Kossler has its origin already in the year 1631. The historic tradition has been bounded with innovation and passion and shows its results in the fine quality of our wines.
