Grappa Barrique Il Roggio gives rise to a rounded, full-bodied grappa of significant importance. Perfected by the Bottega Distillery, the steam distillation process enhances the sensory characteristics of the grapes from these two top-quality vines. This grappa is then aged for approximately 12 months in oak barrels, acquiring hints of vanilla and a distinctive amber color.
