Bianco Veneto Studio Ca’ Rugate
Bianco Veneto Studio Ca’ Rugate is an excellent expression of the winemaking art, crafted from a skillful blend of grapes, consisting of 60% Trebbiano di Soave and 40% Garganega. Harvesting Method:
The harvesting is done manually in the first decade of September, ensuring utmost care in the selection of grapes to preserve their quality and integrity.
Winemaking:
The vinification and fermentation take place in stainless steel, followed by the blending of the two varieties. Subsequently, 50% of the obtained mass undergoes refinement in prestigious F. Frères oak barrels of 680 liters for about 9 months. This process imparts a unique complexity and depth to the wine.
Bottling:
Bottling occurs in August of the year following the harvest, ensuring proper maturation and the full development of the wine’s characteristics.
Organoleptic Characteristics:
Bianco Veneto Studio Ca’ Rugate presents itself with an intense straw-yellow color. On the nose, it opens with an intriguing bouquet of potpourri and green tea, accompanied by subtle notes of white pulp fruit and flint. Aging:
With an aging potential of 6/7 years, the wine reveals a complexity in progression, with an additional 3/4 years to be discovered with increasing interest.
