Tradition, innovation, connection to the land, deep passion, and great sensitivity are the guiding principles in their daily work. The winery boasts some of the most beautiful vineyards in the region, including the renowned Colleallodole cru, located in an area with a millennia-old tradition of wine and olive oil production.

The name Colleallodole is inspired by the migration of larks that have always flown across these hills in October. Heading from Bevagna toward Montefalco, the town that lends its name to the denomination, you can admire the winery’s vineyards along the way.

The estate spans about 20 hectares of hillside vineyards characterized by a mild, breezy climate, with sunlight gracing the vines both in the morning and afternoon. The medium-textured, clay-based soils strike a perfect balance, never becoming too compact or heavy.

The vineyards’ location and exposure allow for excellent ripening of grapes and tannins, endowing the wines with unmistakable elegance. Both in the vineyard and the cellar, the work is carried out using traditional methods without the use of chemicals.

Each day’s efforts are focused on creating wines that, while staying true to authentic traditions, strengthen the reputation of Umbrian wine both nationally and internationally. The goal is to enhance the unique qualities of native grape varieties and promote the region’s distinctive winemaking philosophy.
