The harvest takes place between the last week of August and the first week of September, an ideal time to capture all the freshness and aromatic intensity of the grapes. After a careful vinification process, Grecante Arnaldo Caprai ages for 3 months in steel, followed by at least 3 months of rest in the bottle, ensuring a wine with the perfect balance of freshness and complexity.
