On the nose, it offers an impression of great intensity and persistence, with fruity notes
The typical acidity of Trebbiano Spoletino blends surprisingly well and is perfectly balanced with the other elements. The wine has a long persistence and a perfect correspondence between taste and smell.
Suggested pairings: Trebium pairs beautifully with high-quality cured meats such as prosciutto crudo and culatello, terrines and carpaccios. It is also perfect with structured fish-based pasta dishes, such as spaghetti carbonara or saffron risotto

My story, rooted in the determination of the Piedmont people, is inspired by the resolute spirit of the winemakers who have shaped my land. The name of my company, “Bugia Nen,” comes from an emblematic historical event during the Battle of Assietta in 1747, where the courage and tenacity of the Piedmontese triumphed against all odds.

Like Paolo Federico Novarina, who, with the phrase “Noiàutri i bogioma nen da sì” (We will not move from here), embodied strength and perseverance, I too face every challenge with dedication and resolve. My goal is clear: to bring Piedmont and Sicily to the forefront of the global winemaking scene through quality wines that tell the stories of unique territories and authentic viticulture.
