Situated at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level, the vineyard provides an ideal environment for grape maturation.

Harvested from mid-August, capturing the freshness and intensity of the grapes, fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks preserves the wine’s vibrancy and balance of flavors. Aging in bottle for 6 months imparts extraordinary complexity and harmony to the wine.
