Food Pairing:
Contrario Umbria Rosso Antonelli is a versatile wine that pairs well with a variety of dishes. It complements cured meats and cheeses as appetizers, flavorful pasta dishes, legume soups, poultry, and red meats as main courses. It is particularly well-suited for medium-aged cheeses.
Optimal Drinking Period: Contrario Umbria Rosso Antonelli can be enjoyed immediately, but it continues to evolve and improve in the bottle over several years.
