In the vintage of 2010, we gave birth to a new interpretation of our renowned Brut cuvée: the Dosaggio Zero. Using the same noble Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, sourced from the sun-kissed soils of our estate, we followed a vinification and aging process on lees for a remarkable 42 months. However, the real magic lies at the heart of the Dosaggio Zero: its dosage.

With no added sugar in the liqueur, the Dosaggio Zero is an authentic reflection of our terroir. Each sip reveals the intense minerality and saline freshness that characterize our soils, bearing witness to an ancient past when the sea embraced these hills over 3 million years ago.
