The family’s passion for crafting exquisite wines started when Omero decided to bottle “MONTEFALCO SAGRANTINO DOCG,” and now his daughter Giusi works passionately alongside him in the winery. The family takes pride in following each stage of production, utilizing technology to enhance the quality of their wines while maintaining a low-invasive attitude towards wine-making. They work closely with the University of Perugia to select native yeasts from their grapes to ferment Sagrantino. In a nutshell, their winery is a testament to the family’s love for native varieties such as Sagrantino and Trebbiano Spoletino, and their commitment to providing their customers with the best organic wines possible.
