First produced in 2012, with an annual limited edition of approximately 5,000 bottles, Bernarda Rosato Umbria Terre de Trinci is made from a skillful blend of 80% noble indigenous grape variety and 20% Merlot. The vinification involves immediate skin separation followed by temperature-controlled fermentation, preserving the wine’s aromatic freshness and varietal purity.

The ageing takes place in cement vats, allowing the wine to express its full character without interference, while maintaining its fruity and mineral core.

In the glass, it reveals a brilliant cherry pink hue. On the nose, it offers broad and complex aromas, ranging from ripe blackberry to fine spices, evoking the scents of the Umbrian countryside. The palate is fresh, lively, and slightly savory, with a persistent and fruity finish.
