Liquore Liquirizia Antica Valle Francescana

Born from an old and respected tradition and featuring an unmistakable taste, the liqueur is obtained by mixing Liquorice juice, alcohol, and sugar syrup. Nearly black in colour, with a sweet taste and typical aroma, it is made with the best Liquorice (17%), without adding other substances.

Our cellar, modern and functional, was completely renovated in 1997 and today presents inside: A vinification and storage department where there are stainless steel tanks for fermentation and storage of wines, equipped with devices for temperature regulation and automation of the pumping-over of red wines during fermentation.
