Using the same noble Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, sourced from the sun-kissed soils of our estate, we followed a vinification and aging process on lees for a remarkable 42 months. However, the real magic lies at the heart of the Dosaggio Zero: its dosage.

With no added sugar in the liqueur, the Spumante Dosaggio Zero Decugnano is an authentic reflection of our terroir.
