Its impressive church, known as the “cathedral in the country”, dominates St. Pauls and can be seen for miles, while the narrow streets and wine cellars are well worth seeing and visiting.

The cellar Kossler has its origin already in the year 1631. The historic tradition has been bounded with innovation and passion and shows its results in the fine quality of our wines.

Tradition and innovation come together in our historic cellars to complete the hard and quality-oriented work in the vineyard.

Since 2005, the KÖSSLER winery has been integrated into the structure of the São Paulo winery, which maintains the production of wines that have convinced and satisfied our most demanding clientele for generations. The ‘expression of our wines reflects the magnificent wine-growing area of the village of St. Paul in the municipality of Eppan, a splendid territory among the most beautiful in South Tyrol.
