“Figlio della Luna” Bianco di Torgiano, from the very first moment, opens with enveloping aromas of yellow fruit, such as banana and ripe apple, and then reveals exotic and citrusy hints, such as pineapple and lime. The bouquet of this wine is quite complex, ranging between fruity and floral notes. Jasmine pervades the nose, followed by hints of honey and millefiori.
Suggested pairings: White meat risottos but especially fish dishes. Seafood and onion soup are good pairings.
Serving temperature: 12-13°C.
