Made from 100% Sagrantino grapes, this red structured Cru is harvested manually at the beginning of October. The grapes undergo a 15-day fermentation process, followed by a 15-day maceration on skins and contact with fine lees for six months. The wine is then aged for 24 months in tonneaux and a minimum of six months in the bottle, resulting in a depth of flavour that is simply divine.
What sets Montefalco sagrantino Vignalunga apart from other wines is its reduced sulfite content, which stands at just 70 mg/lt. This makes it a healthier option for those who are sensitive to sulfites, without compromising on quality and taste.

Our cellar, modern and functional, was completely renovated in 1997 and today presents inside: A vinification and storage department where there are stainless steel tanks for fermentation and storage of wines, equipped with devices for temperature regulation and automation of the pumping-over of red wines during fermentation.
