Nuragus di Cagliari – Audarya
Explore the authenticity of Sardinia with our Nuragus di Cagliari Audarya, a 100% single-varietal white wine crafted from Nuragus grapes sourced from the “Acquasassa” and “Audarya” vineyards in Serdiana. Cultivated on calcareous-clayey soils at 160 meters above sea level, this wine captures the essence of the Mediterranean climate characterized by low winter rainfall and breezy, sunny summers.

Average Age of Vines: 15 years
Training System: Low espalier bush, planting density of 5000 vines per hectare, yielding 70-80 q.
Harvest: Manual in small 20 kg crates, grape selection upon arrival at the cellar (first decade of September)
Winemaking:
Soft pressing and natural cold settling characterize the vinification of this Nuragus di Cagliari Audarya. Only the flower must ferments in steel tanks at 16°C to enhance the original characteristics of the terroir. It completes its evolutionary journey, resting on fine lees before bottling.

The Winery St. Pauls – Kössler
The winery Kossler is situated in the picturesque medieval wine village of St. Pauls, that is the heart of one of South Tyrol’s most beautiful wine-growing areas.
Its impressive church, known as the “cathedral in the country”, dominates St. Pauls and can be seen for miles, while the narrow streets and wine cellars are well worth seeing and visiting.
The cellar Kossler has its origin already in the year 1631. The historic tradition has been bounded with innovation and passion and shows its results in the fine quality of our wines.
