Warm, powerful, spicy, with velvety, balanced tannins, it is a wine of long persistence.
Recommended pairings: It goes well with important red meats accompanied by great-flavored and even spicy gravies. It is best with long cooking so stews and braises are welcome.

Sagrantino Il Domenico Adanti is a tribute to the winery’s founder, Domenico Adanti.
Made exclusively from a “CRU” on the hills of Colcimino, this wine has a deep ruby color and garnet hues.
Its aromatic range is intense, with notes of cassis, tobacco, coffee and graphite.
Warm, powerful and spicy, it is distinguished by velvety and balanced tannins, guaranteeing long-lasting persistence.
After aging for 36 months in wood and an additional 24 months in bottle,
Sagrantino Il Domenico Adanti is a wonderful accompaniment to succulent long-cooked dishes.
Harvest:
Manual in the first half of October.
Vinification:
The process begins with destemming followed by maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, temperature controlled at 28° for 28 days. Daily remontages and delestage contribute to its structure. Aging takes place in 30 hl oak barrels for 36 months, followed by an additional 24 months in bottle.
