Bramito della Sala Chardonnay Antinori
In the heart of the Antinori winery, Bramito della Sala Chardonnay comes to life as an oenological masterpiece. Upon arrival, the clusters were delicately destemmed and pressed, initiating a careful and respectful process. The must, along with its precious skins, underwent a brief maceration at 10°C for approximately 2-4 hours, enhancing the aromatic and gustatory profile of the grapes. Following a meticulous clarification in stainless steel tanks, the different lots were divided, with a portion of the wine aged in wood and another in steel, where alcoholic fermentation occurred at a controlled temperature of 16-18 °C. Only the portion in wood then underwent malolactic fermentation. The wine was expertly blended and bottled.
