Production Process:
Our Sagrantino production begins with meticulous grape selection, followed by maceration of the skins for a period of 18 to 22 days. After this crucial phase, the wine is separated from the exhausted grape skins during the svinatura process. To enhance its harmony and roundness, the wine is then aged in French oak barriques for a minimum of 1 year. Considering the additional aging in the bottle, the overall refinement period lasts a minimum of 33 months.
