Sourced from vineyards situated at an altitude of 350/700 meters above sea level, with a North-South exposure, the terroir provides ideal conditions for grape cultivation. The vine density of 4,500 per hectare, along with the spur-pruned training system, contributes to the superior quality of the harvest.

Winemaking and Aging
With a yield of 60 quintals per hectare, the harvest takes place in September through manual collection in crates. Vinification begins with a gentle pressing and maceration on the skins for 30 minutes at a temperature below 5°C. After selecting the clear portion, fermentation commences at a controlled temperature below 20°C for 20 days.

Aging occurs for a minimum of 6 months in stainless steel tanks, preserving the freshness and fruity expression of the wine. AFF Rosato is released to the market after two weeks of bottle refinement.
