Wine making in “white”, soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Sparkling process and natural fermentation take place in the autoclave for about 40 days and 13 - 14°C.
Alcohol content: 11%
Sugar residue: 16 g/l
Colour: Straw yellow with a hint of green. Delicate brilliance and persistent fizziness. Perlage fine and persistent.
Perfume: Honestly fruity, with an inkling of green apples and pear. Floral fragrances of wisteria and thyme.
Taste: Mellow, full bodied and well balanced.
Aftertaste: Velvety with a taste of fresh fruits.
Food affinities: Ideal as an aperitif. Perfect with fish or white meat.
Serving temperature: 6 - 8°C
