Vinification: In mid-October the fully ripe grapes are harvested manually, then destemmed and macerated for 10 hours in the wine press. It proceeds to the gentle pressing and natural clarification and then ferment all in steel at 18 ° C. The wine ages for 6 months on the fine lees before being bottled in May.
Description of the wine: The Gewürztraminer glitters in a deep golden yellow, and convinces with a nose of very complex and intense aromas recalling petals of dried roses, mint, cinnamon, cloves, lychees and other exotic fruits. In the mouth is a fine and fresh Gewürztraminer with a pleasant acidity and an elegant and tasty finish.
