SOIL: Sedimentary and clayey origin.
Exposure East, South-East.
Hill altitude 210 meters above sea level.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Grechetto.
YIELD: 90 quintals of grapes per hectare.
HARVEST: Late August, early September.
WINE-MAKING: Soft pressing of whole grapes. Fermentation at constant temperature (20°C) for 20 days in stainless steel tanks.
BOTTLE-AGEIN: In bottle for 2 months.
RELEASE: 6 months after harvest.
MATCHES WELL WITH: Grilled fish and white meat. Fried vegetables.
